Janine Giorgenti, a renowned fourth-generation fashion designer, grew up in the world of fabrics, patternmaking, and design. Mentored by her mother, a Saks Fifth Avenue designer who dressed icons of the silver screen, Janine learned the art of fashion at just four years old. By her teens, she was winning awards and walking runways in her own creations.
A top student of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Janine quickly made her mark on 7th Avenue. Her designs were featured in Vogue, The New York Times, and Macy’s bestseller lists. She traveled to Paris, Milan, London, and Tokyo, mastering global fashion trends before boldly pivoting into men’s custom suits, tuxedos, sport coats, and dress shirts. Over the years, she has dressed athletes, celebrities, CEOs, and grooms across Long Island, NYC, and the tri-state area.
Then came a new chapter: her partnership with Alejandro Ramirez. Alejandro, once a student, grew into a creative force and today co-leads GIORGENTI alongside Janine. Together, with their talented young team of designers, photographers, and content creators, they’ve built something unique, a company where timeless craftsmanship meets modern creativity.
